First impressions of this place are really good! When you walk in, there are two self-order kiosks to your left. They give more options for sweetness levels compared to other tea/boba shops! Inside, there are three small tables and a bench to wait for your drinks. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they finished my drinks! I ordered the strawberry milk smoothie, strawberry milk tea, regular milk tea, peach fantasy ice tea (seasonal item) all at 15% sweetness. All were refreshing and satisfying!! Nothing tasted artificial and none of the drinks had a weird after taste. The boba had the right amount of chewiness and they actually put a lot! I also like how the boba isn't too sweet. Overall, a very underrated little boba shop! I'll come by again to try their matcha drinks and other toppings.

I've been here a few months back and loved their drinks sooooo much that I made it a point to specifically make a stop here again the next time I was passing through Irvine. Their teas are so fresh!!! No powders, and no weird after tastes from artificial syrups. Their boba itself is also on point incase there are any boba connoisseurs wondering. My favorite so far is their Taiwanese milk tea. They do the classic so amazingly well. Ordering is simple via touchpad or directly with one of the workers. It's a small little shop with no gimmicks or frills, just great drinks.

TP Tea is an underrated gem of a spot in Irvine! This spot is located in a decent sized plaza with a good amount of parking spots. When you walk in, they have a couple tables for seating and two kiosk machines for ordering. They have an extensive menu of milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, matcha drinks, and a couple seasonal items as well. We got the Mango Ice Tea with Aiyu Jelly and the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Both drinks were refreshing and we could taste the quality of the ingredients. Overall, this spot is up there as one of the best boba spots in the Irvine area. The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We will definitely be back next time to try some of their other drinks!

My favorite boba place to get taro drinks because they use real taro. I've tried the matcha taro latte in the Berkeley location so this time I opted for Moo! My Taro aka taro paste with whole milk. I got 15% sugar on this one which was actually perfect because the taro itself was already sweetened. You can order on one of the two kiosks that they have and wait at the tables for your name to be called. It's located in a business plaza so there's plenty of parking and it wasn't packed at all when I went on a Monday night.

Got a 50% sweet osmanthus milk tea and really enjoyed it this time around! Almost $7, but what boba isn't nowadays lol Not watered down, not super perfume-floraly, could taste the tea and the milk was a nice thickness. Drink came out within 5 min on a weekday lunch even with 3ish ppl in front of me. No pics of my drink doe

I don't think it's worth waiting in line for but solid drinks and they have self-order kiosks so you can customize your drinks. Pure Taro Milk: wouldn't recommend. The taro was chunky and grainy and mixed with regular store milk. Yifang makes a better taro milk. House milk tea: standard black milk tea with lots of toppings. Boba and jellies were a good chewy texture. Jasmine latte and Tie Guan Yen Latte: the tea flavors were good but I think it would've been better without their milk. Something about the milk dilutes the tea quality. Not quite Orobae quality. Lemon Fruit Tea: honestly their best drink. Very tangy and the jelly was soft and squishy. Perfect for summer as it's very refreshing. Very fast service and a few indoor seating. Lots of parking.
